Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation and refund terms for itoms subscriptions, operated by itoms Ltd.

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the itoms platform, operated by itoms Ltd (86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE).

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your itoms subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts.

To cancel:

  • Log in to your itoms account at app.ito.ms
  • Go to Account Settings → Plans
  • Select your current plan and follow the cancellation steps

Alternatively, you can email hello@ito.ms and we will process your cancellation within 1 business day.

Upon cancellation:

  • You retain full access to all paid plan features until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • Your content, subscribers, and account data remain intact and accessible

2. Refunds

As itoms is a monthly subscription service providing immediate access to a digital platform, we generally do not offer refunds for the current billing period once it has started. However:

  • If you experience a significant technical failure that prevents you from using the platform and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of that month's fee
  • If you are charged in error — for example, after a confirmed cancellation — we will issue a full refund promptly
  • Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and we aim to be fair and reasonable in all circumstances

To request a refund, contact us at hello@ito.ms with your account email address and a description of your request. We will respond within 3 business days.

3. Downgrading

You may downgrade to a lower plan or to the Free plan at any time. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your content, subscribers, and account data are never deleted as a result of a plan change.

4. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost and can be cancelled (account deleted) at any time from your account settings.

5. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise agreements may have separate cancellation and refund terms as agreed in writing. Please refer to your individual agreement or contact us at hello@ito.ms.
